Are you passionate about architecture and the use of new technologies? We are looking for a **BIM Draughtsman** to join our team. What we seek: * Graduates in Higher Technical Education in Drafting or equivalent. * **Prior experience** in a similar role is required. * A motivated, proactive individual with strong attention to detail. Desirable knowledge and skills: * Proficiency in BIM software such as **Revit**, **Navisworks**, and knowledge of **IFC**. * Familiarity with **regulations and standards** related to BIM modeling and project management. * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate efficiently with other professionals. * Capability to **interpret drawings** and carry out 3D modeling. * Attention to detail and **commitment to quality** in project execution. Main responsibilities: * Analysis of project documentation received, together with the project manager, prior to commencing work on the models. * Modeling of projects according to the office’s internal protocols and the project’s BIM Execution Plan. * Generation of graphical documentation from the models. * Monitoring and delivery of the "As\-Built" model upon completion of project execution.
