What are we looking for? A responsible individual tasked with carrying out various cross-functional processes assigned to the Supply Chain and/or Planning and Execution Control of construction projects, aiming to ensure optimal procurement within established timeframes, quality standards, and conditions, as well as smooth site operations. **Main Responsibilities:** **Planning:** * Plan the implementation of the Last Planner methodology on construction sites. * Develop technical plans starting from the study phase. * Transfer and consolidate, together with the Operations team, the planning developed during the study phase. * Prepare initial purchasing plans based on planning activities. * Analyze and optimize project execution. * Lead strategy meetings; jointly establish, with Operations, the construction methodology. **Production Control:** * Implement and monitor the production control methodology across Operations. * Develop statistical technical plans for Operations to input initial site production data. * Identify inefficiencies in the methodology and explore and propose improvement solutions. * Support site teams in developing initial economic plans. **Required Education:** **Academic Qualification:** Technical Architecture, Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering, or equivalent. **Computer Skills:** Presto. AutoCAD Revit. Project Navision Microsoft Office 365, especially Microsoft Excel. **Other Knowledge:** Negotiation with suppliers Knowledge of the construction process. Procurement management in construction. Project management. Understanding of Lean Construction philosophy. **Required Experience:** Desirable: 4 years’ experience in a production and construction execution department, performing planning, control, and monitoring functions.
