Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge to manage building access, supervise facilities, receive mail, and lead evacuations during emergencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. A Basic General Education diploma or completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO), as well as basic user-level computer skills, will be valued. Responsibilities will include controlling building access and supervising the proper functioning of equipment and facilities. The candidate will also handle mail reception. In case of emergencies or incidents, their intervention will be essential to lead evacuations and assist people. A temporary substitution contract due to sick leave is offered, with a part-time work schedule of 30 hours per week. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 16:00 to 21:00.
