Banking management will be another key area, covering payroll and visa control, tax reconciliation, monitoring commissions related to cards, and other routine banking transactions. Additionally, the role will handle billing for services provided and follow up on outstanding payments. The preparation and filing of various taxes, such as VAT, Form 349, and those related to rentals, professionals, and employees, will be part of the duties. Knowledge in procurement, including placing orders and subsequent follow-up, will also be valued. Proficiency in office software tools will be essential for performing the role, providing general administrative support to the department.
