We are looking for a communication professional with Change Management experience to join the IT User Engagement team of a major multinational energy company. We seek a dynamic, detail-oriented individual responsible for managing end-user communication needs, training, and project support. Advanced English proficiency (C1\) is mandatory. What will your responsibilities be? * Identify and assign communication requirements for IT changes affecting end users. * Serve as the bridge between IT and the Workplace department, ensuring IT understands the individual business area’s needs and vice versa. * Support the introduction of changes into Workplace in the most effective way possible (e.g., identifying which channels work best, required languages, and optimal interaction methods with Workplace). * Provide communication support for projects/changes, including project-based communications, milestone updates, etc. * Present IT changes to ensure appropriate awareness and information dissemination. * Offer user-centric guidance to the IT department. We seek talent without prejudice, promoting a fair and equitable workplace. **Requirements:** --------------- What qualifications do you need? * University degree (e.g., Audiovisual Communication, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in communication, knowledge management, or related fields. * Strong communication skills and experience in change management within large organizations. * Ability to view IT changes from the end-user perspective. * Ability to translate complex topics into clear messages and actionable steps. * Adaptability to changing circumstances and environments. * High attention to detail in writing, including grammar, language, and text structure. * Proficiency in MS365 and other relevant communication tools. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Understanding of IT-related technical terminology, especially in English. * Advanced English proficiency both orally and in writing (C1\)
