We seek a Social Educator for the Municipal Homeless Assistance Center of Pamplona City Council RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide care, support, and intervention in activities related to autonomy, self-care, and daily living to enhance users’ psychosocial functioning. * Collaborate in assessment and planning tasks across various areas of psychosocial attention and intervention: self-care, activities of daily living, psychomotor skills, leisure and free time, community integration, etc. * Prepare and complete all appropriate documentation and records, as well as relevant reports on behavior and progress. * Welcome, engage, and connect users with the center and the psychosocial rehabilitation process. * Collaborate with the technical team in developing the Individual Rehabilitation Plan. * Implement interventions designed by the Technical Team. * Supervise medication intake and provide support regarding prescriptions, including medication acquisition and training. * Supervise and train users in performing domestic tasks (e.g., cleaning and organizing their room, assisting in cleaning their bathroom and shared spaces) to foster autonomy in this area. * Maintain strict confidentiality regarding data and information handled during professional practice involving the individuals served. * Support and collaborate in monitoring objectives outlined in the intervention plan. * Accompany, support, and supervise users during training and activities in the community environment and when using socio-community resources. * Participate in the processes of user admission, motivation, and conclusion of the center-based intervention.
