Job Summary: We are seeking staff to accompany children, girls, and adolescents in their educational process, promoting their autonomy and well-being within a safe environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct support to children, girls, and adolescents in their education. 2. Promoting autonomy and serving as an emotional reference and role model. 3. Supporting foreign minors in integration and regularization. In Berrioplano, we are seeking staff to perform direct care tasks with children, girls, and adolescents. The work involves accompanying them in their daily educational process, always collaborating with the rest of the team and ensuring their well-being both inside and outside the facility. It is essential to document each case’s progress and maintain smooth communication between shifts to ensure consistent care. The goal is to provide a safe environment where each young person feels valued and supported. Staff are expected to act as an emotional reference and role model regarding behavior and social skills, consistently promoting their autonomy. Additionally, support will be provided to foreign minors in integration, language acquisition, and regularization, including participation in judicial proceedings when necessary. Employment contract: Full-time, temporary until the end of 2026\. Work schedule includes rotating shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and nights. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** University degree in Social Education or Social Work.
