




Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Administrator and Technical Support professional to manage incidents, maintain IT systems, and ensure technological efficiency by resolving IT infrastructure issues. We are looking for a person to handle systems administration and technical support in Pamplona. Your main responsibilities will include managing incidents, keeping IT systems in optimal condition, and ensuring all technology operates efficiently. You will be responsible for resolving any issues arising with the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and computers. Solid experience with Office 365 is required, including tools such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, as well as knowledge of Azure. Experience with hybrid Active Directory environments and prior Linux experience will be highly valued. You must also be proficient in Windows, collaboration tools such as OneDrive and SharePoint, and possess strong Excel skills for report generation and analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing and managing security updates and administering networks. Experience with remote access tools such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn is essential. A B1-B2 level of English is required to communicate effectively and understand technical documentation. We seek a proactive individual who works well both independently and within a team, with a strong focus on problem-solving. The contract is temporary. Higher Vocational Training Degree in IT, at least 3 years’ experience in similar roles, knowledge of Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure), experience with hybrid AD and Linux, proficiency in Windows OS, OneDrive/SharePoint and Excel, experience in patching and network management, and familiarity with remote access tools (TeamViewer, LogMeIn). English level B1-B2.
