We are seeking a Mine Supervisor whose main responsibility will be monitoring the execution of daily plans, ensuring that necessary services for operations are available. Specific Responsibilities * Prepare reports on the location of earthmoving and drilling activities. * Provide necessary resources for operational activities: + Pumping in open pits + Watering of roads and mining faces + Supervision of mine signage in accordance with mining regulations. * Verify transportation distances. * Monitor compliance with ore and waste dumping guidelines. * Control blast hole drilling operations. * Provide support to the technical office. * Supervise and monitor work performed by various contracted companies. * Supervise and follow up on the Restoration Plan at different waste dumps. * Conduct safe work assessments in coordination with the contracted company. Education * University degree in Mining Engineering or related field. Desirable * Experience in similar roles and/or as a supervisor in mining operations. * Master's degree in areas related to the mining sector. * Training in occupational health and safety (PRL).
