Logistics training and proven experience. **What You Can Expect** **:** At Rhenus Logistics, we are looking to hire a “Distribution Operator” with proven experience at our Orcoyen branch, whose main mission is to carry out distribution processes to ensure smooth service operation and deliver personalized, high-quality service to our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------------- * Handle customer service requests * Receive and process orders * Coordinate deliveries with recipients * Coordinate deliveries with transport providers and installation teams * Prepare transport documentation * Open, manage, and invoice shipments * Resolve incidents **What You Bring:** **Requirements:** --------------- * Training in logistics and transportation * Minimum one year’s prior experience in a similar role * English language proficiency is an advantage * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Strong customer interaction skills RHENUS ROAD SPAIN is an equal opportunity employer.
