Epassi has been recognized by the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. **What can you expect from the role?** You will be responsible for managing your client portfolio, focusing on maximizing their adoption and recurring use of the platform through strategic activation and communication actions. Additionally, you will have the challenge of driving business growth through **upselling** and reducing customer loss (**churn**) via close and proactive management. This role involves interacting with different levels within client organizations and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure solutions aligned with their needs, directly impacting business retention and growth. **Main responsibilities** * Manage and activate the client portfolio to maximize usage and recurrence. * Plan and execute communication and engagement actions. * Identify and close upselling opportunities. * Detect and prevent churn risks. * Escalate communication according to hierarchical levels within the client organization. * Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams. **Requirements** * Proven experience managing B2B client portfolios, preferably in Account Manager or Customer Success roles. * Strong skills in client activation, communication, and engagement to promote recurring use of services or platforms. * Ability to identify upselling opportunities and negotiate with various stakeholders within client organizations. * Clear focus on retention and churn reduction, with experience in conflict resolution and managing at-risk clients. * Competence in escalating communication to different hierarchical levels, adapting the message to the audience. * Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary internal teams (marketing, product, customer success). * Minimum English level B2. * Proactivity, motivation, and ability to work autonomously and results-oriented. * Proficiency in CRM and digital tools related to sales and client management. **What we offer?** * **Permanent contract** and **competitive salary** based on experience and skills (**range between 30–35k**) * **Hybrid model**, with 2 days of office attendance per week. * **Additional benefits**: meal allowance, continuous training, and **flexible working hours**, among many others.
