You will be performing relevant tasks as follows: **YOUR TASKS:** * Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards * Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle * Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure effective collaboration and communication * Report progress, KPIs, and expected benefits to IT Management, Service Leadership, and the PMO * Ensure compliance with corporate methodologies and frameworks (Nordex IT PMO Framework) * Promote continuous improvement in project management practices and contribute to PMO maturity growth **YOUR PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related management field * PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications and solid understanding of agile methodologies are a plus * Technical background (either academic or professional) is a strong plus * Advanced English level (C1\-C2\).
