




***Are you an initiative-driven, communicative, and organized person eager to grow within a leading company?*** ***If so, at Florette we are looking for someone to:*** * Optimize, revitalize, and expand the product range of the current portfolio. * Prepare reports and analyze market information from external sources (Nielsen, industry magazines, advertising, point of sale), internal sources, or ad hoc (market research). * Participate in the new product creation process from conception to launch, working together with the R&D team. * Participate in proposing and developing the marketing mix for products in terms of product features, packaging, and pricing, as well as monitor the implementation of defined communication and promotional activities for the product line. * Monitor product launches, focusing on sales targets, margin, and market share of the portfolio. * Coordinate and follow up on actions designed by Trade Marketing. * Bachelor's degree or higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, or related fields. * 2 years of experience in a similar position. * English level B2. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. * Knowledge of design and image processing is a plus.
