




Position Summary: We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support, draft communications, perform translations, prepare presentations, answer phone calls, and coordinate meetings, events, and travel. Main responsibilities include drafting communications such as emails and other important documents. The role also involves translating texts, preparing presentations, and answering incoming phone calls. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings and events, as well as managing travel arrangements. This is a temporary contract with an initial duration of one month, extendable up to a maximum of six months. Working hours will be full-time, from 08:30 to 17:30. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Studies related to Executive Assistance. * Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential for daily communication with international teams and clients. * Prior experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office). * Ability to organize and efficiently manage multiple tasks. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Discretion, proactivity, and ability to work autonomously.
