Combination of process engineering with test bench design **Ingeteam**, a leading company in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators and frequency converters, is seeking to incorporate a Process Engineer for Electrical Test Benches at its facilities in **Sesma**, **Sarriguren (Pamplona), Zamudio or Ortuella**. The selected candidate will join the Operations C\&C Department team with the objective of ensuring the design, improvement and optimization of industrial manufacturing and assembly processes, especially regarding power electrical cabinet test benches. This position combines process engineering with the design and validation of electrical test benches, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety in production. **Responsibilities:** * Design and technical specification of test benches. * Coordination with suppliers, engineering and plant teams for their development and commissioning. * Process standardization, test supervision and performance indicator control in collaboration with production and quality departments. **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent technical degrees in automation, robotics or industrial systems. * English: B2 * Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial environments is desirable. * IT Skills: SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency; Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Competencies: Autonomy, strong interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders, negotiation abilities, and capacity to interpret and manage various situations and professional profiles, combining technical knowledge with interpersonal skills.
