**Description:** ---------------- At Talenttu by Gurpea, we are looking for a **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR TECHNICIAN** to join on a permanent basis a leading multinational company located in Noain, currently in the production start-up phase with high levels of automation and industrial robotics. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Lead and motivate the maintenance team, ensuring a safe and collaborative work environment. * Plan daily tasks and operational KPIs, making decisions under pressure. * Diagnose and repair complex electromechanical failures in highly automated environments. * Implement corrective and preventive maintenance actions, pursuing continuous process improvement. * Manage fault notifications, technical analyses, and reports through SAP. * Optimize spare parts and consumables availability through proper stock administration. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards. **What do we offer?** * Stable project with a high technological component and development of new facilities. * Initial office hours: * + Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 17:00 + Friday: 08:00 to 15:00 + In the future: rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night). * Competitive compensation based on experience and professional profile. * Occasional travel opportunities. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or Higher Vocational Training in Electromechanics or similar fields. * Minimum experience of: * + 5 years in industrial maintenance within automated lines. + 2 years leading technical teams. * Advanced technical knowledge in: * + Industrial electromechanics and pneumatics. + Siemens TIA Portal and KUKA robotics. + Maintenance and stock management in SAP. * Key competencies: * + Leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making. + Initiative, results orientation, and problem-solving. + Teamwork skills and proactive attitude. * Languages: English B2. * Residence in Pamplona or surrounding areas.
