Below is an overview of your daily responsibilities: * **Implement and Standardize Policies**: Collaborate in standardizing and applying talent management policies, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and integration. * **Performance Evaluation**: Support performance evaluations and create constructive feedback for our employees. * **Training and Development**: Design and implement training programs that help our professionals grow and excel in their careers. * **Compensation and Benefits**: Collaborate in managing compensation and benefits, ensuring our employees feel valued. * **Related Programs and Initiatives**: Execute all programs and initiatives related to talent development and ensure their effectiveness. **Who Are You?** ---------------- To be the ideal candidate for this role, you must have at least **4 years of experience** in Human Resources.
