




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to provide support in the export back office, managing international orders and documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of international orders and shipments. 2. Smooth communication with customers, importers, and distributors. 3. Collaboration with logistics and export sales teams. We seek an organized and proactive individual to support the export department, focusing on back-office tasks. Key responsibilities will include full management of export orders—from receipt through to final delivery. This includes data entry into the system and tracking each shipment, while maintaining smooth communication with our international customers, importers, and distributors to ensure seamless operations. Thorough preparation and review of all required documentation for overseas shipments will be essential. This covers invoices, packing lists, certificates, and any other documents necessary for goods to cross borders without issues. You will also work closely with logistics and warehouse teams, as well as transport companies, to ensure timely deliveries and maximize supply chain efficiency. Additionally, general support will be provided to the export sales team. A core part of your role will be proactively managing any incidents that may arise—such as delays or documentation issues—to keep operations running smoothly and customers satisfied. Finally, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date customer databases and price lists. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification in International Trade, Administration, Business Administration (ADE), or a related field. Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in export back-office roles or international departments. Prior experience in the wine, food, or beverage sector is desirable. Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (C2 level) is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of additional languages such as French or German will be considered an advantage. IT Competencies: Proficiency in ERP software is required; Expertis is specifically mentioned. Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
