Fundación Universidad Sociedad is selecting, on behalf of a company specializing in the execution of new construction installations—including heating, plumbing, climate control, ventilation, and gas—located in the Comarca of Pamplona. **REQUIREMENTS:** ***Academic Qualifications:*** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees. Other engineering disciplines will also be considered if relevant experience for the position is demonstrated. * Knowledge of thermal installations, ventilation systems, and water distribution networks. ***Computer Skills:*** Basic knowledge of Presto and AutoCAD, plus proficiency in other common computer tools. ***Other Requirements:*** * A responsible, resilient, and stress-tolerant individual with initiative, team management ability, decision-making capacity, leadership skills, and strong planning and organizational capabilities. * Valid driver’s license. ***Professional Experience:*** Prior experience in a similar role will be positively valued. **OFFERS:** * Employment type: Permanent contract. * Remuneration: Initial gross annual salary of €40,000. Negotiable based on experience provided. * Working hours: 8:00–16:00. * Possibility of telework. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Overseeing installation works in accordance with drawings and budget. * Planning, directing, hiring, and optimizing work teams and material resources. * Requesting quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and performing comparative analyses. * On-site layout activities for piping, ductwork, and equipment placement. * Clarifying concepts not specified in drawings or budgets to ensure correct execution. * Preparing monthly certifications. * Preparing and supervising quotations and scope extensions. * Negotiating technical aspects with the Technical Management Office and/or client.
