DESCRIPTION This person is responsible for ensuring compliance with established standards regarding quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection at the facility. They will carry out the tasks defined for these three areas in Tasubinsa's Quality and Environmental Management Manual and in the Occupational Health and Safety Plan. They will handle customer complaints and perform the assigned product homologations. * Drafts and communicates instructions, guidelines, and records for new processes * Controls the updating and distribution of documentation according to Tasubinsa's Quality and Environmental Management Manual. * Participates with the facility manager in monitoring, recording, and tracking raw materials supplied by vendors. * Conducts necessary training activities to ensure that operators comply with established quality standards or parameters. * Prepares reports derived from quality records, as specified in procedures. * Manages implementation of corrective/preventive actions in response to customer complaints, quality records, and audits. * Conducts internal, process, and product audits planned by management at the facility. * Prepares and controls all documentation required for managing and treating waste generated during production processes. * Identifies significant environmental aspects and evaluates legal requirements per plant. * Conducts job-specific risk assessments and accident investigations. * Collaborates with the occupational health and safety officer to manage all documentation related to the prevention system at the plant (records, EPIs, information, etc.) REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Engineering or, alternatively, a Higher Vocational Training qualification. * Training in Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and Quality Management Systems; training in Statistical Process Control; FMEA; capability studies; control plans; Advanced Quality Planning; 8D methodology; VDA 6.3 (conducting audits); and fundamental principles of product safety and civil liability. * English language proficiency and computer literacy. * Valid driver's license. **Working Hours:** **Working Hours:** * Summer: 07:45–14:45, Monday to Friday. * Winter: 07:45–15:45, Monday to Friday. **Contract Type:** Replacement contract (duration between 6 and 9 months).
