DESCRIPTION Hello! Are you a management expert with SAP experience? At Eosol Group, we are looking for someone like you to join our team as CAE Manager / SAP Order Management! We are an engineering firm in constant expansion and are seeking a person to manage the company's CAE and all orders in our SAP system. You will be the key piece ensuring everything runs smoothly! **What will you do on a daily basis?** * You will be the superhero/superheroine of documentation regarding Occupational Risk Prevention for all our projects and technicians. Safety first! ‍‍ * You will manage orders in SAP, ensuring everything is in order and delivered on time. * You will coordinate and supervise activities related to CAE (Coordination of Business Activities), guaranteeing compliance with current regulations. * You will serve as the point of contact for prevention and documentation matters with internal and external teams. * You will closely collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive and efficient management. * You will propose improvements to CAE and order management processes to optimize our work. * **What do you need to join the adventure?** * A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions. We seek experienced professionals! * Demonstrable experience in CAE management and SAP handling (Order/Purchasing modules are a plus). * Solid knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention regulations. * Ability to manage and organize large volumes of documentation. * Communication skills and teamwork ability.
