Minimum requirements Academic background: ·Minimum education: Secondary Education Completion Cycle (ESO) or equivalent Languages: ·Native Spanish, spoken and written ·Basque language, native or advanced level Professional experience: ·Previous customer service experience in railway stations or similar transport environments (buses, airports, terminals, etc.) will be valued. ·Experience in ticket offices, information points, incident management, telephone support, or administrative technical support will also be considered.
