Key responsibilities include: * Carry out wind farm assembly supervision services in compliance with activity standards, site procedures, and company protocols. * Provide on-site, hands-on technical support to contractor teams regarding execution methodology for assembly operations. * Report any deviations identified during operations to the Assembly Contract Manager. * Ensure contractors properly complete work reports, validating the accuracy of the information provided. * Enforce compliance with Safety, OSH, and Environmental regulations during assembly operations. **Requirements*** Minimum of 4 years of experience in: similar wind projects with comparable technology / as an Electromechanical Assembly Supervisor using Nordex technology / receiving and inspecting major components (tower segments, nacelles, hubs, blades) and minor components (switchgear, transformers, converters, controllers, fasteners, cables, etc.) / document control, internal forms, supply and assembly instructions, material requests, cost control, etc. / time measurement and operation logging. * Vocational training in electricity, electronics, mechanics, or renewables; Medium or Higher Grade qualification, or Engineering degree. In absence of formal education, at least 4 years of relevant experience will be considered. * Certifications: GWO, First Aid, Manual Handling of Loads, Fire Extinguishing, Working at Heights, HAILO elevator user certification. * Knowledge of wind technology * Document control and work instruction follow-up * Experience in electromechanical assembly * Familiarity with CMMS and SCADA systems * Microsoft Office 365: Advanced level We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity within our company.
