About the Role We are looking for **Technical Office Manager** profiles—highly qualified and motivated—to join our team and work on innovative solutions for **our Digital business area**. Location: Bilbao Job Mission: Ensure the proper distribution, management, traceability, and updating of ADI 3018 project technical documentation during the construction phase, guaranteeing that supervision and installation teams always work with current, approved information from the Owner. Responsibilities: * Distribute documentation issued by detailed engineering to installation contractors. * Implement and maintain an up-to-date document control system, ensuring full traceability from issuance through delivery to installation across all revisions. * Generate sketches or update field revisions to resolve interferences and document approved changes. * Identify changes with significant impact and communicate them to the Supervision Manager. * Do not implement substantial changes at the installation site until approval is obtained from the Owner’s Project Manager. * Operate the deficiency tracking application, updating it with information received from the supervision team. * Review and approve installation dossiers submitted by contractors. * Manage the material optimization tool for isometrics, performing simulations according to supervision priorities. * Collect as-built documentation, coordinate its validation, and forward it to engineering for final integration. Your Profile Education and Experience * Proven experience in industrial environments, preferably in technical offices, construction supervision, engineering, or EPC projects. * Experience in technical document management, revision control, and installation support. * Degree in Engineering, Technical Engineering, or Industrial/Fine Technical Vocational Training (FP). Technical Knowledge * Advanced knowledge of technical document management and industrial document workflows. * Proficiency in document control tools and corporate repositories. * Ability to generate sketches, review installation documentation, and manage field revisions. * Experience in managing installation dossiers, as-built documentation, and deficiency tracking. * Knowledge of industrial construction processes, isometrics, and materials. Competencies * Order, methodicalness, and documentary rigor. * Ability to coordinate with engineering, supervision, and installation contractors. * Skill in identifying inconsistencies and changes requiring Owner approval. * Clear communication and orientation toward technical field support. Languages * English B1–B2 (desirable).
