Your main responsibilities will include: * **End-to-End Management of Self-Consumption Projects:** Accompany and execute self-consumption installations from the initial tender phase through to project completion, including commissioning. * **Tender Preparation and Submission:** Prepare detailed budgets, draft technical and administrative reports, and coordinate submission of bids for public and private tenders. * **Engineering Support for Projects:** Collaborate on the design and development of engineering solutions for photovoltaic, wind, and energy storage (battery) systems. * **Construction Monitoring and Control:** Supervise construction execution, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, and quality standards. * **Client and Supplier Relations:** Maintain smooth and effective communication with clients and suppliers. * **Cost Analysis:** Conduct economic feasibility studies and cost control across various project phases. * **Incident Resolution:** Identify and resolve technical and administrative issues arising during construction execution and system commissioning. * **Engineering Support During Low-Workload Periods:** When construction workload permits, your role will shift toward engineering support, contributing to the development of new solutions and optimization of existing ones. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of demonstrable experience in similar roles, preferably within the renewable energy sector. * **Specific Knowledge:** * Experience in the **self-consumption** sector. * Knowledge of **photovoltaic installations** (design, execution, commissioning). * Experience in preparing **tenders** and cost studies. * Understanding of engineering applied to renewable energy, including energy storage (batteries) and wind systems. * **Technical Skills:** Ability to interpret drawings, technical documentation, and applicable regulations. * **Soft Skills:** * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Organization and planning skills. * Attention to detail and goal orientation. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn. * **Education:** A university degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Mechanical, etc.) or a related Higher Vocational Training qualification will be positively considered. * **Languages:** Proficiency in English will be valued. **What We Offer:** * Employment with a leading company in a rapidly growing sector. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Participation in challenging, high-impact projects. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Permanent contract following the probationary period. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications.
