Key Responsibilities * Define and clarify objectives for each project. * Plan projects comprehensively: activities, resources, timelines, and costs. * Coordinate and direct all resources involved in the project. * Maintain key external relationships: clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other company departments. * Make informed decisions to ensure project progression aligns with defined objectives. * Implement corrective actions in response to deviations and propose objective adjustments if necessary. * Promote company values and principles in decision-making. * Collaborate in investigating accidents, deviations, and incidents related to both safety and quality. * Actively participate in monitoring and reviewing the Quality Management System and the Occupational Risk Management System.
