




We are looking for a **Plant Manager** with technical and operational vision, capable of **synchronizing and aligning all processes between the Technical Office and the Production Plant**, ensuring correct manufacturing execution of residential building materials at the Segovia factory. This role will be key to guaranteeing smooth interaction among engineering, design, production, quality, logistics, and industrialization, acting as the main link to optimize timelines, resources, and processes in a demanding, results-oriented industrial environment. **Functions and responsibilities** * Coordinate and **synchronize communication** between the Technical Office and the Production Plant. * Ensure that drawings, specifications, and technical changes are correctly implemented in the factory. * Monitor production progress, identifying deviations and activating rapid solutions on the shop floor. * Optimize manufacturing and industrialization processes for residential building materials. * Manage planning of productive resources, workload, priorities, and plant capacity. * Ensure alignment among production, procurement, quality, logistics, and engineering. * Lead follow-up meetings with the Technical Office and plant managers. * Monitor plant KPIs: progress, productivity, lead times, incidents, rework, and efficiency. * Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. * Coordinate operational teams and promote a continuous improvement culture. * Supervise correct execution of manufacturing, connections, assemblies, and production deliverables. * Work hand-in-hand with the workshop to resolve technical issues and ensure *as-built* execution. **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Degree in **Industrial, Civil or Materials Engineering or equivalent**. * Minimum **5 years’ experience managing an industrial plant** in sectors related to construction or manufacturing of building materials. * Advanced ability to interpret technical drawings and Technical Office documentation. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams between engineering and production. * Ability to work under fast-paced conditions and make operational decisions. * Solid knowledge of production processes, industrialization, and manufacturing control. * Leadership, organizational, and technical problem-solving skills on the shop floor. **Desirable:** * Experience in factories dedicated to building materials or prefabricated components. * Familiarity with CAD/BIM software used by Technical Offices (to facilitate coordination). * Experience in Lean process optimization or improvement of production flows. * Technical English proficiency. **Key competencies** * Operational and technical leadership. * Clear and effective cross-departmental communication. * Problem solving on the shop floor and in the workshop. * Organization, methodology, and focus on efficiency. * Ability to synchronize processes and manage priorities. * Proactivity, versatility, and autonomy. **What we offer?** * A strategic position with **direct impact on production**. * A dynamic and challenging industrial environment. * 100% on-site work at the **Valverde del Majano (Segovia)** factory. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00. * Leadership of plant-based teams. * Growth opportunity within a solid company in the residential construction sector. * Permanent contract and competitive conditions. * A role with autonomy to implement improvements and optimize processes.
