Industrial and multinational environment Carrier seeks, for its manufacturing plant in Montilla, an **HVAC System Engineer**, based on **performance calculation and simulation**, to reinforce its R\&D team. The candidate will work on **HVAC systems**, supporting component selection, thermodynamic analysis, and development of calculation models. Technical and analytical profile, eager to learn and grow within an industrial and multinational environment. **Responsibilities** * Selection and specification of components for HVAC systems (with particular focus on heat pumps); * System performance calculation and simulation using modeling tools (MBD); * Thermodynamic analysis of the system (refrigeration, compressors, heat exchangers); * Definition and monitoring of FMEAs, KPC/KCs, and system qualification plans; * Technical support to internal teams (R\&D, Quality, Project Management, Marketing) and suppliers. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Energy, Industrial Engineering or related field; * 1–3 years of experience in calculations, simulations, or system engineering within industrial environments; * Solid knowledge of HVAC, thermodynamics, and refrigeration circuits; * Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB); * Technical English at B2 level (able to write and conduct technical conversations). **Nice to have** * Specific experience in heat pumps or industrial HVAC systems; * Basic programming knowledge applied to calculation/simulation. **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
