DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a BIM Technician with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, who also possesses comprehensive knowledge of the three main BIM disciplines: Architecture, Structures, and MEP. As a BIM Technician at Eosol Group, you will play a key role in project execution, ensuring the proper implementation of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination. Your work will be essential for process optimization, early conflict detection, and continuous improvement in project delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** * Detailed 3D modeling of MEP systems using BIM software (Revit). * Coordinating MEP models with Architecture and Structures disciplines to identify and resolve interferences. * Generating technical documentation from BIM models (drawings, schedules, quantity takeoffs). * Actively collaborating with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure consistency and quality of BIM information. * Participating in BIM coordination meetings and monitoring project progress. * Verifying and validating BIM data according to project standards and requirements. * Providing technical support to other team members regarding BIM, particularly in MEP. * Contributing to the development and improvement of the company’s BIM protocols and standards. * Researching and applying new BIM technologies and methodologies. * Managing project BIM information and databases. **Requirements:** * Proven experience of at least 3 years as a BIM Technician, with a specific focus on MEP. * Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP modeling and coordination. * Solid understanding of BIM methodologies and their application across design, construction, and operation phases. * In-depth knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, etc.). * Ability to interpret design drawings and technical specifications. * Experience in clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. * Problem-solving orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge in other BIM disciplines (Architecture, Structures). * Experience with project management and database software. * Familiarity with BIM standards and regulations (ISO 19650, etc.). * Experience in generating quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from BIM models. * Familiarity with industrialized construction and prefabrication methodologies. * Knowledge of visualization and virtual/augmented reality software. * BIM software certifications. * Experience in international projects. * Knowledge of other BIM software (ArchiCAD, Tekla, etc.). * Proficiency in English language.
