Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage human resources, quality, and occupational risk prevention, including advisory services, recruitment, payroll processing, and continuous improvement of management systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of human resources, quality, and occupational risk prevention. 2. Development and continuous improvement of the quality management system. 3. Coordination with external prevention services and prevention-related training. We need a professional based in Pamplona for a position covering human resource management, quality assurance, and occupational risk prevention. Responsibilities include administrative personnel management, such as labor advisory services and payroll supervision. The role also involves recruitment and onboarding of new employees, as well as attendance and absenteeism monitoring. Coordination with external prevention services, organization of prevention-related training, and control of personal protective equipment are part of the duties. Additionally, the role includes supporting accident investigations and managing documentation related to these areas. Furthermore, the role entails maintaining and improving the quality management system, including planning audits, tracking non-conformities, defining key performance indicators for continuous improvement, and other tasks inherent to this position. Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * We seek an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Relevant studies in Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or a higher vocational degree in Business Administration.
