The primary objective is to guarantee optimal operation of production lines, working with advanced systems and robots. The role’s mission is to ensure production continuity by anticipating potential failures through preventive and predictive maintenance. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, and automation faults, as well as verifying equipment condition and complying with quality and environmental standards. This role directly contributes to plant efficiency and sustainability. A solid technical background in electromechanical maintenance is valued, along with experience in industrial environments—preferably automotive—and diagnostic capability in automation, including knowledge of PLCs (TIA Portal) or automated systems. Familiarity with industrial robotics (ABB) and pneumatics (Festo), as well as a mindset oriented toward order, safety, and continuous improvement via methodologies such as 5S, is also appreciated. Technical training in electromechanical maintenance. Industrial experience, preferably in the automotive sector. Diagnostic capability in automation (TIA Portal PLCs). Knowledge of industrial robotics (ABB). Familiarity with pneumatics (Festo). Mindset focused on order, safety, and continuous improvement.
