Job Summary: A professional career counselor for unemployed individuals, responsible for intake, employability assessment, design of personalized integration pathways, and ongoing support to facilitate labor market integration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Career guidance and personalized support 2. Design of employment integration pathways 3. Data registration and impact measurement Implementation of career guidance activities targeted at unemployed individuals. Main tasks include user intake, employability diagnosis, design of a personalized integration pathway, and continuous support to facilitate labor market integration. Additionally, data registration is performed in the corresponding IT systems, and impact measurement is conducted three and six months after completion of support. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 15:00.
