The job involves loading the vehicle with trolleys, boxes, or sacks at the center, transporting the goods to the client’s premises, and carefully unloading them to protect textiles. Delivery notes are also managed: they are delivered at each destination, collected signed, and returned to the center. In some cases, dirty clothing is weighed at the client’s premises or at the facility, with the weight recorded in the system and linked to the appropriate client. Additionally, the clean clothing load is verified against the delivery note before departure. The individual is responsible for basic vehicle maintenance, including daily checks of fluid levels and overall condition, as well as cleaning and disinfecting the vehicle according to regulations. They drive efficiently and safely, planning economical routes following instructions from the supervisor. Any technical or operational issues must be reported promptly. All tasks are performed with attention to occupational safety and risk prevention, safeguarding both oneself and colleagues. A valid Class B driver’s license is mandatory. Professional delivery or driving experience is required. Knowledge of traffic regulations and the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance are desirable.
