Conduct appropriate analysis of their business area in terms of objective attainment and profitability. Conduct visits in accordance with the Company’s defined strategy for each therapeutic area, brand, and/or product. Effectively implement marketing and/or regional plans. Manage promotional resources efficiently. Carry out activities in line with the Company’s values and Compliance requirements. Serve as ambassador and representative of the Company. Develop effective professional relationships with the targets defined by the Company. Identify business opportunities. Detect business threats and proactively establish contingency plans. Anticipate and adapt to structural changes within the industry and organization. Agile integration of omnichannel approaches. Collaborate proactively and cross-functionally within teams; share relevant business information with colleagues and direct supervisor. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical\-scientific developments, market environment, internal processes, and Company tools. **Effective Visit:** plan, prepare, execute, and follow up effectively. Properly track and report all information required by the Company. Proactively give and request feedback from all individuals interacted with—including team members, direct supervisor, and other involved Company personnel—with trust as the foundation of these relationships.
