AI-forward team actively using developer tools Senior Software Engineer About the role You will join the Expert Retention team, responsible for rewards, incentives, community, communication, and support the systems that keep experts active and engaged on the Arbolus platform. This is a full\-stack product engineering role. You ll work across React, .NET, PostgreSQL, and AWS, building features used daily by our experts. You ll also be expected to understand the business impact of what you build and use data to guide decisions. We are an AI\-forward team. We expect engineers to use tools like Claude, Cursor, Codex, and MCPs as part of their daily workflow to move faster and build better.
