That’s why we’d love to welcome a **Lead Software Architect** to lead the evolution of our Software Factory practice, driving its growth both in Spain and globally. **What will be your mission?** ️ You will **define and evolve the company’s technology strategy**, leading digital transformation initiatives focused on **full-stack, cloud, and artificial intelligence**, while ensuring technical excellence across all projects. You will define and design **robust and scalable architectures** for modern web applications supporting millions of users, applying **design patterns** (SOLID, DDD, Event-Driven, CQRS) and best practices. You will implement and manage complex **microservices architectures** using Kubernetes and service mesh. You will define, design, and implement **secure, efficient, and scalable APIs** (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) with versioning strategies, rate limiting, OAuth2/OIDC, and real-time monitoring. You will design and deploy solutions on **AWS, Azure, or GCP**, leveraging infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), containers, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures. You will apply and promote **agile development methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, Platform Engineering), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will manage development teams, ensuring proper task allocation and adherence to deadlines. You will conduct **code reviews** that teach and elevate the team’s skill level, **mentoring developers**. You will **drive the use of AI** throughout the development lifecycle (Copilot, LLMs, code generation) and participate in **strategic decisions regarding adoption of emerging technologies**, such as edge computing, micro-frontends, advanced observability, or platform engineering. **What will make you succeed in this role?** ️ Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, implementing modern architectures, design patterns, microservices, and orchestration. **Full-stack technical stack:** Backend: Node.js, Python, or Java. Solid experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue.js with modern architectures. Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP in real production environments. **APIs, security, and DevOps**: Experience defining and implementing API strategies following best practices for security, access control, versioning, and real-time monitoring, along with familiarity in DevOps environments using CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and test automation. **Technical leadership:** Experience managing teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **Consultative mindset**: Customer orientation, ability to solve complex problems, and experience working with multiple stakeholders. **High-level Spanish and English**: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and lead strategic discussions. **What makes us different?** ️ Here, we’re not just another company—we’re a team that goes all in! **Real impact from day one:** You won’t be just another number.
