Customer service and loyalty: Provide excellent service at checkout lines, ensuring adherence to the company's service commitment; understand and communicate loyalty initiatives (Carrefour Club/Fidelity Club, promotions, events); and meet sales targets. Cash handling and collections: Ensure the collection process follows company guidelines; perform cash drawer reconciliations accurately; and carry out cash withdrawals according to established procedures. Workstation maintenance: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and fully equipped with all necessary tools to ensure efficient performance.
