This is a full-time position with an intensive morning schedule. Prior experience is not mandatory, as the selected candidate will receive job-specific training and training on internal tools. We seek candidates who wish to develop professionally and maintain a long-term, stable relationship with the company. **Main Responsibilities**: * Answering phone calls and handling inquiries * Preparing and generating administrative documentation * Filing and organizing documentation * Entering and managing data in our proprietary ERP system * Providing general administrative support **Candidate Profile**: * Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented * Professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills * Basic proficiency in computer tools * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn * Administrative training (e.g., vocational training or equivalent) is preferred but not required Salary: €23,000.00–€26,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
