




**Syrup Operator Tafalla.** We are looking for a **Syrup Operator** for our production plant located in Tafalla. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for preparing mixtures, syrup production, and checking the stock of raw materials required. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation of mixtures: visual monitoring of equipment in the syrup room, glucose room, boilers, and water room. * Syrup production: carry out syrup production according to the recipes approved by R&D and available in the system. * Loading and unloading: check raw material stock based on production orders in SAP. Manage receipt, unloading, supplier, and quantity of raw materials and verify against the system. Coordinate with warehouse for raw material loading and unloading. * Comply with quality, food safety, environmental, and occupational safety regulations within your area of responsibility. * Take samples of raw materials (additives, sugar, water) and prepared syrups. * Monitor indicators provided by machinery (temperatures, pressures). * Control processes under your responsibility that may affect quality and food safety, focusing on processes defined by the APPCC/PCC team. * Your position may require supervision/monitoring of a PCC. Specific training is required to ensure proper control of products and/or processes. * Ensure traceability and expiration date control of raw materials. * Timely and high-quality preparation of assigned mixtures. * Verify additives and raw materials used in mixtures. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** Education: * High school diploma or Medium/Higher Vocational Training degree. * Two years of experience in a similar role.
