International Group: 2,000 employees; €600M in revenue **IBEREMBAL:** * Subsidiary of Massilly Group * Activity: Industrial company specializing in manufacturing metal packaging for the food sector * Employees: Over 300 * Production plants: + Logroño (La Rioja) \- metal coating and lithography + San Adrián (Navarra) \- metal packaging manufacturing + Porriño (Pontevedra) \- metal packaging manufacturing Worker safety and health, environmental stewardship, collaboration with customers, innovation, and social responsibility are the values that define us. **Job description** ------------------- Massilly Iberica Iberembal, at our San Adrián (Navarra) plant, requires Production Line Operators for tinplate end and lid production lines. **Main responsibilities:** * Monitor proper operation of the assigned production line, collaborating within the work area according to instructions—performing changeovers, Level 1 preventive maintenance, adjustments, etc.—as needed to maintain normal production performance regarding output, quality, and safety. Track key indicators (efficiency, waste, time spent on other activities, and consumption), and propose improvements related to safety, quality, environmental impact, productivity, and energy efficiency. * Coordinate and execute manufacturing orders across all positions on the line: + Operate the production management system + Control product traceability + Manage incidents and communications + Manually and automatically adjust the assigned press * Perform daily Level 1 maintenance on packaging lines and support the maintenance team during breakdowns as required. * Comply with Iberembal’s food safety, quality, and occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations. * Keep equipment and workplace clean and orderly. * Perform basic workstation cleaning * Clean the line’s lubrication points * Clean the line’s control equipment * Maintain order at the workstation * Palletize according to the palletization sheet * Inspect non-conforming products * Carry out any other related tasks assigned. **Contract and working environment:** * Temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent employment. **Selection process information:** **1️⃣ Telephone (or video) interview:** This initial interview will be an opportunity for you to introduce yourself and learn more about your future employer. **2️⃣ In-person interview:** This is your chance to meet the team and discover the company culture.
