We are seeking a multiskilled first-level maintenance technician with at least five years of demonstrable experience. Main responsibilities will include maintenance of electrical installations, air conditioning, heating, and plumbing systems, preferably within the tertiary sector. The role involves carrying out maintenance work in buildings, covering both preventive tasks as scheduled in the CMMS and corrective repairs to resolve breakdowns. The selected candidate must possess strong communication skills when interacting with clients and maintain a professional appearance. It is essential to be proactive and solution-oriented in handling any type of incident, as the daily routine will involve visiting various clients within the assigned geographical area. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00. In addition, rotating on-call duties outside regular working hours are included. **Professional experience:** More than 5 years **Education and qualifications:** Installation technician licenses, occupational health and safety (PRL) training, and vocational qualifications (CFGM or CFGS) in electrical installations or air conditioning systems will be valued.
