Main responsibilities: * Optimize, revitalize, and extend the product range of the current portfolio. * Prepare reports and analyze market information from external sources (Nielsen, industry magazines, advertising, point of sale), internal data, or ad hoc research (market research). * Participate in new product development processes from conception to launch, working alongside the R&D team. * Contribute to the proposal and development of the marketing mix for products in terms of product features, packaging, and pricing, as well as monitor defined communication and promotional activities for the product range. * Track product launches against sales, margin, and market share objectives for the portfolio. * Coordinate and follow up on actions designed by Trade Marketing. * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related advanced program. * 2 years of experience in marketing or related roles. * English at B2 level. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. * Knowledge of design and image editing tools is a plus
