Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future. ACCIONA, within its CONSTRUCTION business line, requires a Construction Manager for an important building project in Pamplona. You will be responsible for the technical and economic management of the Project. Job Description Mission: Execute assigned project components within your unit/department according to established procedures, to facilitate adherence to scheduled deadlines and coordinate necessary resources (human and material), while driving significant improvements to the project. You are responsible for executing construction contracts. You plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure construction works are completed on time, according to specifications, and within budget. Common responsibilities include: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses; preparing budget estimates; planning and defining construction phases; supervising subcontractor and subordinate or labor personnel activities; verifying progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases; representing the company in relevant matters; etc. Candidate Requirements Requirements: * Degree in Building Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience performing similar functions in construction projects, preferably residential building projects. * We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal footing.
