




**Description** Under the umbrella of the Young Talent Program, there is a need for two Graduate Engineers as technical support for two production units, in order to manage activities aimed at continuous improvement and provide support to operational teams and the RST (multidisciplinary team responsible for the operational unit). The main responsibilities will consist of controlling the production process using standard tools, optimizing processes, and leading and implementing departmental continuous improvement activities. The Graduate Engineer will be part of the Young Process Engineer program, during which they must achieve an advanced understanding of the production process and gain proven experience in implementing continuous improvement tools. **Functions** * Lead the implementation of standard tools and operating methods. Design necessary control techniques and result management through the standard methodology for loss and performance review. * Active participation in operational meetings (DOM, WOM, FI, SGA, etc). * Develop and implement the continuous improvement strategy to achieve specification compliance, optimal efficiency, and reduced losses. * Identify training needs for operational units and deliver corresponding training. * Collaborate in the development of process auxiliary materials to meet quality and productivity expectations. Participate in benchmarking activities with other participants of the Young Talent Program * **Requirements** * Technical or higher engineering degree. * Experience and knowledge in production processes and continuous improvement, desirable. * Experience and knowledge in the use of computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, …). * Ability and attitude for teamwork. * Responsibility, initiative, and flexibility. * Communication, analytical, and systematization skills. * Problem and conflict resolution ability. Use of analysis tools and compliance with standards. If this is you, we would love to talk. **What will be your main role?** The main functions of a Graduate Engineer are based on projects within the production process framework, carried out together with a multidisciplinary team, actively participating with both product experts and process technology experts. In these projects, engineering principles will be applied to solve or improve parts of the production process. The development of various activities puts into practice the different continuous improvement methodologies of Essity's culture, allowing the junior engineer to participate with innovation teams, taking on and applying various leadership roles in the professional environment. Project objectives are supervised and supported by the factory management as initiatives aligned with achieving the global goals of Essity Allo.
