Role Responsibilities As a Quality Chemist, you will be responsible for:* Ensuring manufacturing processes comply with established quality standards. * Defining and managing in-process controls to ensure final product quality. * Overseeing specifications for raw materials, intermediate, and finished products. * Implementing statistical process control (SPC) on critical parameters. * Developing and maintaining technical quality documentation (procedures, instructions, records, sampling plans). * Ensuring regulatory compliance (ISO 9001, internal and external audits). * Investigating quality deviations and leading corrective and preventive actions. * Participating in continuous improvement projects and scaling of new products (NPI). * Promoting a Zero Defects, FOD, and good manufacturing practices culture. * Training and raising awareness among production staff on good quality practices. What we are looking for:* Degree in Chemistry (mandatory); Chemical Engineering is desirable. * Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial plant environment. * Additional training in Industrial Production, Quality Management, or Process Technology (desirable). * Knowledge of quality tools (EFMA, GMP). * Certifications in quality management systems (ISO 9001, 14001), Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma. * Advanced technical English, especially for documentation, audits, and international communication.
