At **Equisalud**, a company dedicated to the development and manufacturing of dietary supplements, we are seeking to hire an Industrial Purchasing Technician to strengthen our Purchasing and Logistics team. We are looking for an organized, analytical, and solution-oriented individual with an interest in supplier management, raw materials, and purchase planning within a manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will join a team comprising Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics, directly contributing to ensuring that required materials are available on time for manufacturing, with the required quality and under optimal conditions. **What will be your mission?** Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies necessary for manufacturing, ensuring availability, stock control, documentary quality, delivery timelines, and competitively priced terms. Your main responsibilities will include: * Planning purchasing requirements based on production planning, sales forecasts, and available stock. * Managing purchase orders for raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies required for production. * Monitoring purchase orders, delivery dates, incidents, and potential delays. * Coordinating with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Product Development to anticipate needs and prevent stockouts. * Analyzing stock levels and proposing improvements to balance availability and storage costs. * Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules with national and international suppliers. * Identifying new suppliers and collaborating on their evaluation and qualification when necessary. * Managing documentation associated with raw materials for review by the Quality Department. * Participating in continuous improvement of purchasing processes, supplier performance tracking, and manufacturing requirement control. * Handling purchases related to capsule lines, liquids, packaging materials, and new raw materials for future products. **What we are looking for** * University degree or Higher Vocational Training in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in procurement, supply planning, logistics, or supplier management. * Proficiency in Excel and other Office tools. * Familiarity with ERP systems or other management software. * Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret requirements, stock levels, consumption rates, and deadlines. * Meticulous, agile, organized, and proactive profile. * Communication, negotiation, and cross-departmental coordination skills. **Especially valued** * Experience in the food, pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, cosmetics industries, or other manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, or packaging materials. * Experience negotiating with suppliers. * Experience in stock control, purchase planning, or production monitoring. * English proficiency for communication with international suppliers. **What we offer** * Permanent contract and full-time schedule. * Immediate start. * Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, with flexible start and end times. * On-site position at our facilities in Huarte, Navarra. * Integration into an established, innovative, and growing company. * A close-knit, technical, and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development within the Purchasing and Logistics area. * Salary according to the Chemical Industry Collective Agreement.
