Integration into an experienced technical team with direct managerial support **Description:** ---------------- A leading company in the **building rehabilitation** sector, specializing in **facade rehabilitation**, with a strong presence in Pamplona, is seeking to hire a **Construction Site Manager** to strengthen its technical team. **What will your responsibilities be?** Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for: * **Planning, organizing, and supervising facade rehabilitation works**, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints. * **Coordinating and directing on-site work**, managing both in-house teams and subcontractors. * **Monitoring correct technical execution**, resolving issues and providing solutions during project implementation. * Performing **economic monitoring of assigned projects** (cost control, certifications, and measurements). * **Coordinating communication with property owners' associations**, technical supervisors, suppliers, and other involved parties. * Ensuring compliance with **occupational health and safety regulations on site**. * **Reporting project progress** to the Technical Director. **What do we offer?** * Integration into an experienced technical team, with guidance and support from management. * Autonomy in managing construction projects and active participation in technical decision-making. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience. * Professional development in a close-knit and specialized environment. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Degree in **Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture, or related field**. * Minimum of **3–5 years’ experience** as a **Construction Site Manager**, preferably in building or facade rehabilitation. * Technical knowledge of facade rehabilitation systems. * Experience in **on-site team management and subcontractor coordination**. * **Mandatory**: Advanced proficiency in **Presto**. * **Preferred**: Skills in **BC3 and BIM**. **REF: 10473**
