**Description:** ---------------- At Gurpea Group, a leading industrial services company with over 20 years of experience, we are looking for individuals with attitude, technical experience, and the desire to grow in a demanding yet highly stimulating industrial environment. **What will you do?** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on various industrial machinery (presses, automated lines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyor belts, etc.). * Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of industrial machinery and systems: aluminum casting, automatic machining centers, robotic assembly lines, surface finishing equipment, and dimensional control. * Diagnose and repair electromechanical failures in equipment such as low-pressure aluminum die-casting machines, CNC machining machines, handling robots, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and paint/lacquer lines. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and production line optimization within the context of manufacturing aluminum automotive wheels. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract and job stability in a solid and growing company. * Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) from Monday to Sunday. * 14 monthly payments (12 regular + 2 extra in June and December). * Ongoing technical training plan and real opportunities for professional development. * Applicable collective agreement: Navarra Iron and Metalworking Industry. **Requirements:** --------------- **What do we need?** * Higher Vocational Qualification in Industrial Mechatronics, Automation, or Electromechanical Maintenance. * Previous experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in environments with automated machinery. * Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams. * Training or knowledge in PLCs and industrial robotics is desirable. * Versatile, problem-solving individual with a team-oriented mindset. * Availability to travel between different client facilities within the province of Álava.
