If this resonates with you, here’s what we’d like to see in you: **Education** * Senior Computer Engineer or Master’s in Computer Engineering. **Technical Skills That Make a Difference** * Experience in ICT project and service management. * Experience implementing ICT solutions, preferably product-oriented. * Experience with Agile or iteration-based methodologies. * Experience defining procedures and analyzing organizational behavior. * Experience preparing proposals and managing clients. * Desirable knowledge of BPMN. * Desirable knowledge of complex system integrations. * Desirable knowledge of data modeling. * Desirable knowledge of port, security, and industrial sectors. **Relevant Experience** * 10\-15 years as a Project or Service Manager. **What Will You Do Daily?** Your mission: * Ensure effective and successful delivery processes for projects. * Ensure projects align with the functionalities offered by our product. * Identify new enhancements to increase product value for our customers. Responsibilities: * *Project Management* o Improve project delivery efficiency. o Ensure high delivery quality. o Increase customer satisfaction. o Coordinate and supervise delivery project execution. o Define objectives and execution timelines. o Monitor project execution progress. o Take corrective actions in case of issues or deviations. o Ensure fulfillment of customer expectations. o Align customer expectations with project execution. * *Team Management* o Prioritize delivery team tasks to ensure achievement of project goals. o Ensure the defined scope can be executed by the project team on time and as planned. o Secure necessary resources enabling the team to perform efficiently. * *Resource Management* o Identify resource needs and implement corrective measures for hiring, equipment acquisition, or required training. o Ensure availability of all necessary environments and access rights so the team can execute client-specific tasks. * *Risk Management* o Identify and assess risks associated with project delivery. o Develop contingency plans minimizing risk impact. o Continuously monitor project risks. * *Business Generation* o Support the commercial team in preparing technical proposals. o Assess economic value of services and licenses offered in projects. **What Do We Offer at Ágata?** Here, you don’t just come to work—you join a team building purpose-driven technology.
