Due to the increasing number of projects requiring BIM implementation, we are seeking to strengthen our Digital department in Bilbao and the BIM Management discipline with an experienced professional with technical knowledge in BIM Coordination, to provide support and assistance to Project, Bid and Development teams, as well as to the various stakeholders involved in this methodology. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Participation in multidisciplinary projects. At Quark – Grupo Sener, we have all disciplines in-house. * We develop projects across all phases, from conception to construction. Your work will focus on the detailed design phase. Therefore, we require you to have construction knowledge to develop project details at the Execution Design level, RIBA 4, RIBA 5 (shop drawings), integrating information from various manufacturers (facades, roofs, structures, substructures, urbanization, flooring, ceilings, interior partitions, etc.). * We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills who can contribute their experience to ongoing projects. * Preparation of specifications, drawings, justifications and annexes. * Experience implementing BREEAM or LEED requirements in project development and specifications. * Collaboration in preparing quantity take-offs. * Support the Technical Supervision team by reviewing how your previously designed work is being executed. **How will you do it?** You will become part of a team composed of professionals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to develop a broad, valuable and enriching project vision. Additionally, we offer a Development Program focused on mentoring roles, enabling you to progressively and dynamically perform your duties and coordinate your work with the rest of the team in the short-to-medium term. **What do you need to fit the role?** * Accredited technical education in: Civil Engineer, Public Works Engineer, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture or equivalent. * Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in large engineering firms or technical departments of international construction companies, in geographic areas with high levels of infrastructure development (Europe, USA, Australia, Middle East...), performing the functions described above. * Experience as a BIM Manager in infrastructure projects or large buildings: drafting BEP, managing BIM collaboration platforms, creating templates/style guides, clash detection/testing (clash reports), BIM model review, team management, template preparation, As\-Built documentation review, etc. * Proficiency in tools: Autodesk Construction Cloud (Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, Build), Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Presto and MS\-Office. * Desirable: Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in linear works installations using Civil 3D. Knowledge in collision analysis using Navisworks would also be valuable. * Advanced level of English. * Knowledge of national regulations and legislation, as well as familiarity with ISO19650 standard. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Meticulous and perfectionist profile, detail-oriented, capable of anticipating necessary construction details for quality-focused execution. * Verify layout and proper installation alignment. * Approve proposed equipment and components. * Resolve on-site contingencies, issue technical instructions and prepare change orders. * Verify receipt of products and equipment. * Review As-built documentation. * Monitor correct construction execution by checking layouts, materials and their proper placement on site.
